sudo bandwhich — live per-process network bandwidth monitor
sudo bandwhich
bandwhich sniffs network traffic and attributes bandwidth usage to individual processes and remote connections in real time. Because it uses raw sockets it requires sudo, but the payoff is knowing exactly which process is saturating your uplink.
